BUREAUCRACY UNDER CURTAIN!!!
Government policies and schemes now a days with eye-catchy acronyms give a hopes and relief to its potential beneficiary which when comes into actual implementation have capability to turn life with complete 360 aspects. Often we either criticize or sometimes even bless the implementing government's political executive and each time we do so we tend to join a name to the scheme who had shown mere a political will to implement those schemes or policy thereby forgetting the real heroes behind whole process from thinktank, research,  manufacturing till doorstep delivery. These are the Civil servants, the bureaucrats ranges from secretary (IAS/IPS) till a LDC working at ground level, which we often term them as babus. But have you ever thought that what will happen if these babus ceases to work for even a day? Never even think about that,  its quite equivalent to getting goosebumps. A politician is generally an amateur in its early entrance and learns the process from surrounding but by the time he is capable enough to run a country 5 years is a very small time. 
The skeletal framework of bureaucracy keeps the very idea of India intact and forms a permanent executive structure where a politician gives his order and the dish is ready in his plate by a given stipulated time. In case of a wrong order placed these bureacrats help in correction of stance saving a plentiful of resources of country and sometimes even a 'seat'.
Indian governance comes with this structure where a bureaucrat has to be under curtain,  the only and the strongest reason is they are not sovereing enough as we have not elected them but the politician. The phrase 'we the people of India.... ' in our preamble of constitution here "we" are the elected representatives representing us to govern the state. 
In order to felicitate these potent, amazing, braintanks, astonishing personnels working 24x7 for the country, we celebrate every year 21st April as The Civil Services day. 
Now onwards for every successful plans and policy try to find out the real backbones for it. Cheers! Have a nice time!

In the era of developement and promises of getting ' Acche dinn ', no doubt we are achieving ecomomic growth and also where our international relationships are at peak with the countries with whom we never even expected. 'FAT-MAN', a nuclearized bomb dropped on Nagasaki, Japan on 9th August 1945, not only ended the so called mighty World War-II but also slipped the Korean peninsula from the hands of Japan, one of the mightiest empire of that time.
